Legal Stuff
The purpose of this site is to promote the home built community. If this site can be of any use to others to further this objective, we will in nowise hinder or object.

All pictures and graphics found on this site are free to be used and displayed by all unless otherwise noted on the page where the graphic is displayed.   The only stipulation is that you in turn, do not sell or use any of the material or graphics in a manor that requires payment to be received.   As I am not a lawyer, I'll give you some examples.

Example 1:
You download/copy a picture to put on your site.  You then sell the graphic for people to use. This is a No NO!

Example 2.
You download a picture or graphic for use in your ad to sell your airplane.  This is a perfectly acceptable use of the graphics.  If you were a business that sold airplanes on a regular basis, it may be nice to get my approval first.

Example 3.
You copy a graphic and modify it and then sell it. This is a NO NO! Feel free to modify and pass graphics on, but once you take a file from here, they can not be modified for profit nor can they be used for making profit.

That's it!   Simple and sweet.   If you see a graphic you'd like the source code from, feel free to e-mail us and I'll be glad to send it to you.   If you need a Flash graphic made, I may even be willing to help on that.  canards@aerocanard.org
